"Farming the Wind"

Bantam Wind is a dealership that sells and installs small wind turbines in Iowa and Minnesota. It was started by two men, Trevor Massie and Mark Stutzman, because we believe that renewable green energy is the future of energy production in the United States. We like to think of ourselves as farmers of the wind and we want to help you to become a farmer of the wind.

Bantam Wind believes in giving our customers all the information that we can so that they can make an educated decision about purchasing and installing a small wind turbine on their property. We also believe that it is important for the people of Iowa and Minnesota to have another option for their energy source outside of their utility company. We are very proud that we provide a clean, renewable option for that alternative energy source.

Bantam Wind offers a wide variety of services along with the variety of turbines that we sell. We will assist you with acquiring the necessary permits, filling out the interconnection and net metering agreements, help with any grant/loan paperwork, and anything else that we can do to help make the purchase and installation of your small wind turbine go as smooth and stress free as possible.
